Founded in 1993, Yantai Haoyuan Machinery Casting Co., Ltd. is a professional casting and mechanical manufacturing and processing company. Company now has manufacturing plant about 9000m², and possesses the resin sand production line which can produces 10000 tons products annually, 7-ton and 12-ton medium frequency furnace, 9-ton cupola, large powerful polishing equipment and 60-ton large smouldering fire kiln. Company can produce single piece weight within 30 tons iron castings and single piece weight within 20 tons steel castings. The main detecting instruments include: EDX3600B energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, Sabulangsi on-the-spot carbon silicon sample analysis, chemical element analyzer, whicn can meet the customers’ full range requirements of different levels of product quality and physical & chemical properties. In 2009, company passed the ISO900-2008 certificate.

Our products: all kinds of auto parts mold, machining tools castings, fittings in resin sand lost foam casting, negative pressure vacuum casting, ductile iron, gray iron, molybdenum – chrome alloy casting, steel casting, stainless steel casting, copper casting, etc. We also produce castings according to the high quality order from abroad and home. Our main products are widely used in domestic and overseas automobile, air conditioner, industrial equipment, mining machinery, engineering machinery, patrol, shipping, railway, auto parts molds, electrical equipment, hardware tools, and agricultural machinery, etc. Our products can be used in the whole machinery manufacturing and machining field.

Our manufacturing factory now possesses large machine tools: ４m*２.５m double housing planer, 3m* 6m double housing planner, and many other machining tools to ensure our castings delivery.

Company’s model production workshop has 16 technicians, foam NC Milling Machine 4 sets, ４m*２m NC milling machine 1 set which can take over two-dimensional, three-dimensional styrofoam model manufacturing, to achieve the integration services of moulding and casting.
